2. Delivery Timelines

We ship domestic orders through registered and highly reputable courier companies. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within India.
  • Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, KKRIVA AROMATIQUE is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or unforeseen weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders currently listed and purchased through our website.

Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the buyer, or due to the buyer’s failure to receive the package after multiple courier attempts, the cost of re-shipping the item will be borne by the buyer.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Since shipping costs are absorbed by KKRIVA AROMATIQUE, if an order is cancelled by the buyer after it has been dispatched, a nominal return-shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

4. Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be made strictly to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure all shipping details (including pin codes and contact numbers) are accurate before completing your payment.

5. Serviceability

If your provided pin code is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order and issue a full immediate refund to your original payment method.
