You can still earn Echo Credit on that order through a verified Instagram share or referral.

Post your Echoes of You fragrance on Instagram, tag us, and share your experience. When we verify the post, you earn 5% Echo Credit.

When a friend buys through your referral code or link, you earn 5% Echo Credit after their order is completed.

• You buy your first 100 ml bottle.

• You earn another 5% Echo Credit.
• On your second order, you can redeem up to 15% total.

After that, you can continue earning 5% credits through social sharing or referrals, one reward at a time.

Echo Credit is our way of growing with people who actually love the fragrance, not just the lowest number on the screen.

• Tag our official account @thesensorydate
• Include a clear photo or video of your perfume.
• Make the post visible so we can verify it.
• Keep the post live for at least a short period so we can confirm it.

We may update the exact rules if needed, but we will always keep them clear and fair.

• Your friend uses your unique referral code or link.
• Their order is completed successfully.
• The order is not cancelled or returned.

Once that happens, your Echo Credit is added to your account or shared with you by message.

• Echo Credit is not redeemable for cash.
• Echo Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
• Only one reward type can be used per order up to the maximum allowed credit.
• Full-size bottles purchased using Discovery Credit are not eligible for the 10% first-bottle Echo Credit. You can still earn Echo Credit on that order through a verified Instagram share or referral.
• We may adjust the reward amounts or rules in the future, but we will keep the program transparent.

If a customer has more than 15% Echo Credit left at the time of expiry, the extra amount above 15% will be converted into a special coupon. This coupon will be valid for 3 months from the date it is issued and can be redeemed on our website.

We will always send reminders before expiry so you have enough time to use your credit.

Echo Credit is for the people who come back, share, and help the story travel.
If you wear The Sensory Date, talk about it, and bring someone else into the experience, we want that to feel valued.

That is what Echo Credit is for: a quieter, fairer, more thoughtful kind of reward.

Discovery Sets work a little differently from Echo Credit. Since a Discovery Set is your first step into The Sensory Date, it earns its own reward — Discovery Credit — designed to bring you to your first full-size bottle.

What is Discovery Credit?

Discovery Credit is a redeemable credit you earn when you purchase a Discovery Set. It is not the same as Echo Credit, and Discovery Sets do not earn Echo Credit. Instead, Discovery Credit can be redeemed against your first full-size (100 ml) bottle of the same fragrance line.

How it works

1. Buy a Discovery Set of any fragrance line.
2. You earn Discovery Credit for that specific line.
3. Redeem it toward the full-size 100 ml bottle of the same fragrance.
4. Once redeemed, that fragrance line’s Discovery Credit is used up.
5. After your Discovery Set is delivered, we will send your Discovery Credit redemption code within 2 working days via email and/or WhatsApp, to the contact details registered at the time of purchase. This is a one-time use code, so please create an account while buying to help us track your credits and rewards accurately.

Redemption limits

To keep this fair and simple, a few rules apply:

• Discovery Credit for a specific fragrance line can be redeemed only once per customer.
• Buying the same line’s Discovery Set again does not generate additional Discovery Credit for that line.
• Discovery Credit is linked to your account, email address, phone number, and delivery address. If any of these match a previous Discovery Set purchase for the same fragrance line, additional Discovery Credit will not be issued.
• Discovery Credit can only be redeemed against the full-size bottle of the same fragrance line it was earned on, not any other line.
• Discovery Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

Example

Here’s how it works in practice:

• You buy the Discovery Set for one of our fragrance lines.
• You earn Discovery Credit for that line.
• You use it toward the full-size 100 ml bottle of the same fragrance.
• If you buy that line’s Discovery Set again later, no new Discovery Credit is earned — you’ve already used your one redemption for that line.
• You can still earn Discovery Credit separately by trying a different fragrance line’s Discovery Set for the first time.

The welcome credit is earned on your first 100 ml bottle and used on your next eligible order.

You can use up to 15% total on one order. The rules are designed to stay simple and fair.

No. Echo Credit belongs to the account that earned it.

Yes. Echo Credit expires every year on 30 June. Any unused balance should be used before then.
